After-sales service covers all devices manufactured by "MICRA" LLC.

The warranty period is 5 years from the date of sale.

The warranty does not apply to devices that are out of order as a result of non-compliance with operating conditions, incorrect switching on, short circuit in loading, as well as with mechanical damage, traces of opening, unqualified repair and modernization.

For service or repair, devices must be shipped by the carrier "Nova Poshta" at the details: Ukraine, Kyiv, department #318, LLC "MICRA", EDRPOU code 32376296, tel. +38068-201-86-20.
In the shipment it is obligatory to enclose a note in any form with the coordinates of the contact person, the address for returning the devices and a short description of the malfunction.
